Pros

The only pro is that I left.

Cons

Just about anyone would want to work here because of the great purpose in helping people, and the promise of moving up the ladder quickly. It's just another way of saying "High Turnover". Why? Spare yourself, and look elsewhere. This is a young company, and nobody knows what they are doing. Turn over is high even on the corporate level. There is no training, and management is under qualified. They will promote and hire anybody. They just need a warm body to sell food and the 21 Day to customers. Communication is terrible, and this company is going down the drain. Don't expect to have weekends or an outside life. If you are hourly, your hours will be cut to keep labor costs low, or if you are salaried, you will work too many hours because corporate has unrealistic expectations. Either way, you don't get paid enough for the stress and time that the job requires. My first thought after leaving was "I am free and have my life back!", and haven't missed it for a second.

Pros

You get to work with great people. I love and miss my coworkers. Monthly team bonuses were always available but it was quite hard to “earn” the full bonus and it was contingent on the whole team. A lot of the bonus criteria was completely out of our control and almost impossible to achieve.

Cons

Micromanagement. This is basically a fancy grocery store that expects way too much out of their hourly employees such as new marketing ideas, the firing of our house delivery team which was then put on the employees with no additional pay and bonus criteria that contradicts itself…it’s a mess. They used to have a house delivery team that handled all deliveries, but fired everyone and hired uber, grub hub etc. to do deliveries. This change saved the company a lot of money but ultimately made more work and problems for the customer. They hold over the idea that you could be manager one day, but being a manager there seems miserable and not worth it.
