Pros

Team building is amazing and all higher ups are in tune with all the business teams . Every day is an experience and we all support each other to our fullest.

Cons

Although there is a path to grow, there are very limited opportunities due to the work flow and employee retention. There is tons of work on a fast paced environment, so if you're not up to it and to the task you will probably leave soon.

Pros

Getting PTO days. You can get experience there as they are ready to hire entry level employees. Meetings where you can discuss issues at you job. Very good ticketing system.

Cons

They don't appreciate what you are doing for them. They will be angry that you didn't do things they wanted you to do for them but never let you know about it. You will not be hired to a higher position. The executive team have core values that they don't practice. hard salary negotiations.
