Pros

Busy, always something to do. The staff is very supportive and tries to abide by the core values.

Cons

Leadership is conflicted. I was told there are two companies: the one owners try to foster and the one the Director of Operations pushes. Leadership will not support your decisions even after you are told they will. Even if you follow your manager's directions, you can still be reprimanded and released without true cause.

I work remotely and miss hanging out with the team in the Dominican Republic!

Pros

Getting PTO days. You can get experience there as they are ready to hire entry level employees. Meetings where you can discuss issues at you job. Very good ticketing system.

Cons

They don't appreciate what you are doing for them. They will be angry that you didn't do things they wanted you to do for them but never let you know about it. You will not be hired to a higher position. The executive team have core values that they don't practice. hard salary negotiations.
