Pros

*If you really "wow" on your interview, you can negotiate a good salary for yourself. *Since the company is so small, you will have many opportunities to prove yourself and try new roles.

Cons

*Self-care and employee happiness is not a priority, therefore days off are rare and Holidays are rarely observed. Sick days are strongly discouraged. *Myregistry.com strongly seeks a near perfect-fit with all employees, so turnover is very high. Most employee last between 3 - 6 months before being let go. * Positive Reinforcement is rare. The management team prefers a micromanaging philosophy. The staff is also reminded that "This is not a democracy." * There is no Human Resources office or representative on staff to handle concerns and manage the treatment of employees by management.

Pros

I have been working at MyRegistry for the past year, and my overall experience has been very positive. During this time, I've had the opportunity to work on large-scale projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn from many talented colleagues. It's been a rewarding experience that has helped me grow both technically and professionally.

Cons

I don't have any specific concerns to highlight at this time. Overall, my experience at MyRegistry has been positive, and I've enjoyed working with the team and contributing to impactful projects.

Pros

There's nothing to say except avoid working there if you can.

Cons

I highly recommend avoiding this company if you have other options! No respect for the work culture here at all. Management don’t care about well being of their employees and they always looking for someone to blame. The pay was terrible from the start, and it never matched the amount of work. The workload kept increasing. Most weeks were packed with crazy deadlines that never end. The managers expected everything to be done right away, but don't expect they'll support you. Doing extra work never brought better opportunities. They will keep you buried for life. The benefits were horrible too, and taking time off was much harder than it should have been. It also became obvious that some employees got better treatment than others. Small things around the office reminded everyone that not all staff were valued the same way. That kind of treatment slowly wore people down. If you plan to waste your life or you don't have any personal growth plan, you might consider working there.
