Pros

I enjoyed being able to primarily work remotely, everyone that I interacted with at the company was extremely nice and very pleasant and professional, and the workload that I was given was the perfect amount to keep me busy but not feel overwhelmed.

Cons

The only con of this position is that is was minimum wage, but this is usually standard for internships and I was still happy with my compensation.

Pros

Salary and benefits were ok.

Cons

MSA is not transparent and very misleading. Unrealistic expectations on what can be done within a coaching session. Always adding more work and I had to fix daily mistakes by triage. Can be stressful with back to back calls and no approved resources provided. Cannot recommend MSA because they talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. Too much misleading and not upfront and truthful with the job description and duties. They will drag you through several rabbit holes never mentioned in the job description. It's a "back door" sales job requiring 70 percent follow up appointments with members disguised as prescheduled appointments.
