Worked for a few Wireless dealers previously, this is by far the best dealer I have worked for.. -Ethical -Care for there employees -Show you how & the why behind things -Clear direction -Good/Fun culture -Challenging

Cons

-Too many people involved in your district - Increase commissions -Become more logical with procedures & decrease all the road bumps on getting approvals on minor things
