Pros

Market management and my store manager do care for my success. They work hands on to help sellers achieve the difficult goals set by the company. Culture is good and most good sales people enjoy coming to work. There is a lot of coaching but it’s delivered in a non negative kind of way.

Cons

Goals are very difficult based on the traffic. Not to mention store hours were cut so we are open less and have to hit goals that are the same. During down time they want us cold calling business however the tools we use through AT&T provide us company list that are either a waste of time or on a do not call list.
