      Pros

      Gained plenty of experience and room for growth. Learning the industry and new service/products is exciting. Enjoyed my coworkers, we became a family.

      Cons

      Management can be good but there's lots of favortism. Some managers were unprofessional. Being in sales is expected with stress, therefore you become unethical just so you can get your numbers increased. Dealing with customer's bills was the worst. Also, it's hard to get days off or call off sick.
