Pros
Nice environment, mostly good co-workers, flexible hours.
Cons
Strong arm tactics forcing employees to rate them "excellent". Waste employees time with surveys that they don't listen too. More than willing to water down job description/requirements if qualified applicants cost too much. Way too many managers have no experience or knowledge of the departments they are "running". They are more than willing to ask the employee to advance they're training/knowledge to benefit the hospital but will not reward them for the additional workload/responsibilities with any monetary rewards (pay increase, bonus, etc.).
