MyMichigan as a whole has always worked toward providing excellent patient care. This goes toward ensuring staff are also being taken care of. Out of many of my careers, MyMichigan takes it as a priority to ensure their staff members have the resources to grow in their career paths as well as their wellbeing. This includes incentives, community engagement, team building, continuing education courses and much more.
Cons
There is always room to improve in many areas everyday. If management cannot see or are unwilling to hear their teams' concern, there will be no opportunity to grow but opportunity for retention and turn over of staff.
