Pros

Will get to work at a lot of things and get a broader view of how things work in a startup.

Cons

Highly unstable, will be laid off without any warning or anything. No heads up and they will not even try to cooperate with you. For all the hard work you have done, no respect or consideration. Just gonna throw you off like a tissue paper Compensation is poor as well according to industry standards.

Pros

I've worked at Myota for going on 2 years - since my time here, I've seen the product evolve to a major player in the secure storage market. Being a start-up, you can dip your hands in everything and really create your own path and get experience in different departments and the team is smaller so you work closely with everyone - lately, Myota's had a growing presence in the St. Pete, FL area so it's been great to get together and work with my colleagues in person.

Cons

This is a start-up, definitely not for everyone.
