Pros
The management! They are very easy to work with. The are truly caring and allow for time off if and when you need it. They also don't micromanage their employees
Cons
The drive. The location is out in the middle of nowhere and you have to pass two security check points. The drive in the morning isn't too bad, not much traffic but there definitely isn't anyplace to live that's truly close to the facility. And you really can't go off site to eat lunch since everything is to far away to get back in a timely manner. The cafeteria is very old school and dated.
