      Pros

      People who I work with are very friendly and very smart. As an intern I feel like I learned a lot.

      Cons

      It does feel a little unorganized. Sometimes the office is very slow and I feel like I am not given a lot of work to do, so it can be a little boring sometimes.

      Incredible WLB, impactful work, sense of pride when talking about what you do.

      Cons

      Have to work with legacy codebases often (like Fortran).

      They tend to have managers who were engineers. And, "we're going to the freakin Moon!"

      Government bureaucracy stuff, and residues of DOGE
