Pros
CSBF maintains a small group of employees so it makes it homey. Excellent pay and opportunities. Great people, doing great things to further scientific ballooning.
Cons
When a company wins the contract CSBF/NASA, which happens often, all of the 80 employees must go through another entire change, i,e new insurance, policies, pay, red tape, The last one Northrop Grumman was seen by all at CSBF as the most unethical , immoral company with their only concern was protecting "Mother Northrop"
