Pros
None at this point - maybe that you can work from home but now they demand you into the office certain days per week even if you have a remote contract. Private health perks but this is still costly.
Cons
Low base pay that doesn't meet industry standards (particularly in the UK) and the rare/ once a year pay rises are next to nothing (they don't cover inflation), outdated products, constant layoffs and internal restructures, no job progression, forcing you into the office on certain days per week no matter your contract, company culture is pure tension and burnout due to people constantly being fired/ let go left, right and centre, a huge part of the company is now overseas in India, constantly changing senior management. A sinking ship. If you are thinking of applying here, do not. Look somewhere else.
