Very top heavy company, led by a large amount of employees who have been with the company for 10+ years. With so many executives in the company who are all still in the late 30's/early 40's age range, it makes it excessively hard for younger employees to rise. Also, there is widespread nepotism and favortism in the hiring and promotion practices, so if you are not "connected" to the right people, you will also have a tough time rising within the company no matter how hard you work or how good you might be at the work you perform.
