You get to travel to some great events and the day-to-day job can be quite fun. A good place to get some experience and put on your resume.
Cons
Very little chance at upward mobility if you're a young person working in production. Top management delegate to the lower level employees, who are rarely compensated fairly or rewarded for their efforts. Be prepared to stay a permalancer forever
