Pros
The perks of working here are being able to travel, attend games and events, and say you work for one of the coolest leagues in the world. It's a good place to work for a few years, earn some experience and credibility, and then leave for a higher title and huge pay increase elsewhere. They would do well offering better compensation packages to lower level employees who do the brunt of the work.
Cons
Better for senior staff at the Director level or above. Everyone here is the best at what they do, passionate about sports, and very competitive. You get paid less than you would in other industries for the same work, and in most cases also have a lower title.
