      MNCs and lots of perks

      Cons

      Political and inefficient co-workers. All talk and no action. The survival skill here is to speak well and pretend to work hard. A traditional media at heart and very slow to change.

      Cons

      The pace of execution can be slow, strategic direction and priorities are not always clear, and opportunities for promotion and career advancement are relatively limited.
