Pros

Benefits, but they don't out way the total lack of respect for you as an employee. This site is making me right more here. There are no more pros to write.

Cons

The thoughts of senior management for most employees and customers is condescending. That tone has been set in the Kansas City market especially. This company couldn't care less about the people in the field that build their customer base or anyone in their customer base that can't make them money. They severely understaff their banking centers and then blame them for mistakes, they don't listen or care about the problems with their systems because that same system tracks sales better than working efficiently for the front line employees and customers. They fire people consistently for well documented system glitches instead of fixing the system problems. It's not the place to either build a career or expand on one.

Pros

Fully remote allows for flexibility Great culture

Cons

There is balance with on site events and the ability to go in office to prevent the lack of social interaction with being fully remote.

Pros

It was perfectly fine. The specific branch I worked for was remote first and that was an amazing benefit, but it didn't apply to most areas. Got every federal holiday off as well

Cons

Biggest frustration was the retirement. They matched 1/2 of your 401k up to 3%. Additionally they only deposited the funds at the end of the year, so if you were laid off or fired beforehand then you lost all employer "contributions" up to that point.
