Leadership allows you to make decisions Leadership does not micro-manage Flexibility in working remotely on days with sick kids or appointments
Cons
Would like to see HR group time into PTO and not force the associate to pick leave/vacation and allow us to use as we see fit. Also maybe allow PTO to be carried over for a short period into the following year.
