Pros
I guess the benefits were okay...despite the fact they made me and my husband get a biometric screening every year to keep our rates down (which they still went up every year anyways...). Some of the people were good to work with, other not so much... They did have women's events that were nice...but they were never publicized to lower level employees so a lot of times the people who actually make the difference, never get to go to the event.
Cons
No recognition for hard fought accomplishments. No bonus or ANYTHING really for stepping up during busy times or short deadlines. No "Thank you" for taking on all your bosses responsibilities while she is on maternity leave twice in two years. You get no recognition, no reward and no promotions unless you know someone hire up (or on the board) and don't expect a raise either.
