I’ve been with this company for a year, and despite their slogan, ‘Life is too short to work with jerks,’ the reality seems quite different. They emphasize internal hiring and equal opportunities for advancement, but I’ve seen multiple positions filled by individuals who appear to be favored for reasons unrelated to merit. These roles are not consistently posted for everyone to apply, which undermines the idea of fair promotion practices. It’s disappointing to realize that this is just another corporate environment where favoritism outweighs transparency. Be cautious of companies that overuse the word ‘family’—it often masks a more cutthroat culture
