Pros
Ok pay. NeoGov employees and management are, at their core, good people with integrity who honestly care about clients and each other and work hard. Overall, NeoGov is a good company with growing pains.
Cons
What does Unlimited PTO mean exactly? It does not mean taking time off will be doable or that you won't get pushback. Too many meetings internal and external when an email or msg would have sufficed. Lack of clear process, or process is too convoluted. This generates confusion for employees about what is expected or how to resolve issues.
