Pros
There are company sponsored events twice in month. Free lunch and free food policies are great. But as a technical person, awesome place to work. Unfortunately, those who have had bad expeirnce will write review here - but those who are enjoying working or getting great experience will not write reviews and so you as a viewer won't no the real picture. AND JUST SO YOU KNOW, i am not writing this review b'coz my manager told me so - this is an honest review based on my last 2 years of experience in Engineering team. You get to work on cutting-edge technologies. You choose the area, they will assign the work. If you like front-end, back-end, No restrictions. Technically very sound engineers - people know what stuff they are working and they are good at it. Overall a very competitive environment which will boost you and bring you from Entry to Mid level or from mid to Sr level in just 2-3 years..

There is a lack of discipline - people sometimes talk in their native languages in office, i find it unprofessional.
