      You get to play a game for work.

      Cons

      Low salary. You don't get the time to rest or chat with other workers. There isn't really training period. You will have to learn most of the things by yourself, which is difficult.

      Nice coworkers and vibrant office environment. Cool working for a company that I play their games

      Absolutely terrible leadership and management. Understaffed, overworked, projects mismanaged then staff gets blamed for their inconsistencies and mistakes when we had minimal say in the planning and implementation process.
