9yThank you for taking the time to reach out and send over some feedback. Upper management closely analyzes each and every review. I would first like to apologize that you had a negative experience during your time at NextGen.
We do pride ourselves on strong base salaries that are high above many of our competitors.
Weekend work: in the recruiting industry, work on the weekends can be crucial to success. In this industry, you get out what you put in. However, we never make weekend work mandatory – especially if you are hitting your goals during the work week. Work life balance is important to us. That is why we have 4 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and various company outings such as music festivals and happy hours.
Upper management: Upper management prides themselves on understanding and compassion. I’m not exactly sure what the instance you are referring to, but we apologize and only hope that you can forgive us. We would love to have you reach out to us with more specifics so we may get to the bottom of it ASAP. We would love to correct where we may have gone wrong.
Employee friendliness: As I sit here writing this response on a Friday afternoon, I hear banter of employees making plans to spend time with each other over the weekend. NextGen prides ourselves on creating a group environment that is filled with like-minded individuals who enjoy spending time with each other inside and outside of the regular work week. I am deeply saddened that you did not feel this way during your time with NextGen. Once again, I ask you to reach out directly to operations if you would like to discuss this further. We pride ourselves on treating each employee the same and helping each reach their goal.
