You can work for months without ever meeting someone from this company in person. Even if your workload doubles while under them, raises are impossible to negotiate. They take complaints from the client extremely one sided. There's no point in explaining why something happened to them. I have seen several people whose contracts were terminated. The supervisor made the decision a week in advance and informed NextGen. The workers were only informed that their contract was over by NextGen on their last days.
