      Pros

      Pay is great for my job. Working from home makes things so much better. Part of a great team (I work on a contract) and really enjoy what I do.

      Cons

      No PTO or paid holidays. If you do work a holiday, and it puts you over 40 hours, you'll get overtime pay, but not 'holiday' pay. If you need a day off, it's usually not an issue, you just don't get any PTO, so you're losing money.
