      Very friendly people, very helpful and they are willing to go the extra mile for their contractors

      Cons

      Contractors benefits are quite low, wish if they would've pay for insurance benefits.

NextGen Global offers our contractors access to a major medical, dental and vision plan if the initial contract is 4 months or longer, we have shortened this from 6 months.
