Everyone involved in the recruiting, interview, and onboarding process was extremely helpful and professional.

I do not have any cons to report.

The only thing that kept me there was my direct manager, and my team. The people that work there that aren't managers are great.

Horrible compensation compared to other companies. Strung me along for 4+ years telling me they would get me a raise, but when I put in an official request, they denied ANY raise at all. Terrible Management from the top. President/COO heavily discourages individualism and is constantly yelling at people. Never words of encouragement. Team morale is always low in the office.
