      Pros

      The corporation is going through a steps of standardization and integrating processes and procedures. The firm as a whole is profitable.

      Cons

      The firm does not value employees as a whole. The executives in the regional office, specifically the southeast treat employees poorly. In addition, the executive team in the southeast do not value customers, they are quick to charge additional fees while putting on a show for the customers.

      Sorry you didn’t feel valued. That’s the opposite of our intention for our NFP employees! In fact, we work really hard to put our people first so they can put our clients first. I’m also concerned about what you say about the approach to customers. I have a lot of confidence in our regional leaders’ integrity and honesty.       Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
