      Freedom to manage your time as you saw fit. Good sales staff support.

      Cons

      Company used to be a small locally owned firm. Was purchased by NFP and corporate structure started to change. Many employees left after the purchase.

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
