      Great coworkers and work life balance

      Cons

      No room for growth, upper management and leadership have a tendency to move goal posts and dangle carrots and then not follow through with promises. Management and leadership have an elitist attitude and tend to talk down to employees and lookout for eachother instead of their employees.

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
