      They give opportunities and options for growth. They are constantly acquiring new companies to create a larger company but one with an inclusive environment

      Cons

      The raises could be better and Christmas. I’m absolutely grateful for anything even of the anything is a thank you email. I think I am speaking from being a turkey because my company was bought by NFP and it was smaller so things were different and it’s okay because NFP is WONDERFUL

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
