      Pros

      Decent pay, generous time off. Average benefits, most are nice people to work with. Very flexible regarding work from home accommodations

      Cons

      Management positions are for those in the "club". Too much pressure on staff to handle more than reasonable workload, which either creates negative attitudes or employees leave.
