      Pros

      DEI efforts are stellar. They walk the walk rather than just talking the talk. Management is very in touch with the day to day of workers.

      Cons

      For an insurance broker, the insurance-related benefits are not good at all. Medical insurance only has a few choices, and none of them are good. They use Express Scripts, which is utterly terrible and has left me without necessary medications.
