Pros

No pros at all. They’ll want everything from you and give nothing.

Cons

Management needs to communicate better with each other. They talk a lot about mental health, but their actions don’t reflect it—it’s pure hypocrisy. Since the takeover, things have only gotten worse, with new rules that seem designed to take from staff rather than support them.

We are more committed than ever to investing in our employee’s experiences to prioritise their wellbeing, belonging and impact, while ensuring this experience resonates with all of our employees. Pros

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
