Expect you to only take long weekends when convenient for them, which is almost never. Frown if you want to take more than that & get read the riot act for even asking. Immediate supervisor barely even said goodbye on my last day, much less anyone above him in our department. Every other place I worked took people out for lunch, dinner or even just a happy hour. With COVID, they could have at least brought something in…though I know that Covid isn’t an issue with them.
