      Pros

      Literally none this is the worst job I’ve ever had

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. Constantly lying, not paying livable wage resulting in total loss of my savings just so I could survive in NYC, completely prohibiting any form of growth, and health discrimination. Deliberately vague with the job posting and requirements in interviews. If I had known what it actually was I would’ve never applied.

      Pros

      The managers were excellent, and the weekly Lunch & Learn sessions provided valuable opportunities to hear directly from leadership. It was a great environment for networking, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and inviting.

      Cons

      The internship compensation was limited, but the experience and learning opportunities made it worthwhile, and many would have gladly taken part even without pay.
