      Pros

      Great health benefits and some people I met here are really nice.

      Cons

      Company does not promote from within. They prefer external hires and many of them do not do their jobs. They also underpay hard-working employees who are below the manager level.

      Pros

      The managers were excellent, and the weekly Lunch & Learn sessions provided valuable opportunities to hear directly from leadership. It was a great environment for networking, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and inviting.

      Cons

      The internship compensation was limited, but the experience and learning opportunities made it worthwhile, and many would have gladly taken part even without pay.
