      Pros

      They have some really good practices.

      Cons

      The lower / middle management is so scared of loosing their own jobs they are threatened by anyone with common sense. While they put on a good front it doesn’t take long to see this. It’s a real shame because the owner is a really nice man. There are some good people but the BS is bad enough to be very careful. Backstabbing and BS is the common place at this company.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
