      Pros

      Under Lee and early Rex NIBCO was great! It was truly a family business and enjoyable to work there, you were looked at and considered a valuable asset to the company.

      Cons

      With A.A.M involved it has been spiraling down the drain! Only looking out for herself, not the best interests of the associates.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
