      Pros

      NIBCO has Great wellness programs... They feature gyms and gardens, somthing that is rare in any company. The associates are amazing and products are top of the line. It is rare to find a company that is still family owned, but I feel that is a plus.

      Cons

      Top management is the only issue. All things have to go through one person and it seems to cause a lot of red tape. Management issues will be the downfall of the company before the products. The "Life" has been taken out of the company and people seem to be afraid to speak their mind because of fear of losing their job. It almost feels like employees are disposible.

      Short Term Disability is not long enough or a rich enough benefit for such a good company.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
