      Pros

      Good benefits. Make lifetime friends.

      Cons

      Upper management changing policy, making new rules without posting them. Upper management pushing out people with knowledge, by yelling and cussing them out making threats/warnings that this is there last warning but never telling the team member what they really did. Making knowledgeable team member only stay in one area of the plant not allowed to help train/teach others who are struggling.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
