      Pros

      its a job. nothing more good to say. There are good people in the company. Benefits and pay are marginally okay. Leader in the industry.

      Cons

      micromanaging at its best. shady HR staff that change policy without telling general employees. push hard for "lean" manufacturing disregarding human factor. under paid.. not even at level with national average. managed by the evil queen and bean counters.always telling "associates" that the outlook is not good but rub in your face how much money they made last quarter.

      Short Term Disability is not long enough or a rich enough benefit for such a good company.

      Pros

      I met a few great people there and got a pay check for a while.

      Cons

      Probably one of the worst jobs I've had. Cooperate doesn't care about you, HR only hires people related to them for the more sought after roles. The plant manager throws tantrums and refuses to handle issues. Most of Management is either too scared or too lazy to help with anything.
