      Pros

      Incredibly caring people who are dedicated to the mission of whichever office they work for. I've never worked with more impressive and compassionate people.

      Cons

      Usually administration changes don't rock the boat much. Unfortunately Tr*mp decided to fire most of my team under the guise of "performance issues" and Mr. Brainworm took charge of HHS. Unclear if any vaccine research will survive this. I hope some good people will be able to hang on to their jobs.

      Pros

      Working with the some of the smartest scientists and clinicians in the world. So many learning opportunities. Kind patients. Allowed time to care for patients as there is no pressure of quotas by health insurance.

      Cons

      Nursing management can be verbally abusive with frequent retaliation and intimidation. As most older nurses have worked there for most of their career, they are dismissive of new perspectives and resistant to evidence-based practice.
