Pros
Values that are lived, service oriented, and the customer is valued. The employees at NMC are what make the company and they appreciate the individual skills that each employee brings to the company.
Cons
At this time, there is not any huge cons. To be a service oriented company, there are expectations to be accountable for the work. However, that is not a con if you want to be a leader in the industry.
