Pros

Passionate about working with local educational and community partners to provide career pathways in skilled trades and engineering for the current and future workforce.

Cons

We work 10-hour shifts, the 50 hours a week are sometimes hard for employees, however the management team tries to work with employees for a work/life balance.

Pros

Lot's of great people with long tenure working on a cause they believe in and trying their best to deliver for their customers.

Cons

The financial and managerial struggles they had over the last several years appear to have led some corporate employees and managers to be checked out. Several key leaders left during my time there and the new management didn't seem to be engaging the Technology team to improvements and benefits they could over. Technology was overlooked and treated as an after thought. Additionally, many of the technical systems felt disjointed and likely from a long history of under investment in the technologies and people responsible for IT.
