Pros
The headquarter in Budapest is well- equipped and cozy, there is a friendly atmosphere there. During the 5 year that I spent there I tried three times the massage chairs, it was good. There are a lot of kind, talented and valuable co- worker, cooperating with them was a pleasure. Without it I wouldn’t have stayed so long.
Cons
- No place to learn new things or try yourself in another position only when you are the typical „corporate face”. - There are some changes but not really the necessary ones. The companies where I entered and what I left are totally different, not in a good meaning. - It is a nonsense that there is no real connection between the performance evaluation system and the bonuses. This evaluation is too subjective, there are no measurable figures or KPIs. If you get a good mark in your evaluation it doesn’t mean that you will get some fixed percentage of your monthly salary, your superior has the opportunity to change his mind during dividing the bonuses. It isn’t professional. - No learning & development opportunities except from the English lessons. Employees working in the operational teams have hardly no possibilities to take part in good trainings or conferences, or in something that will widen their knowledge and perspective.
